YES. While Braxton & Hyde is a two-man operation, we cannot guarantee any appointment times while Andy, our lead tech, is on tour.
Any inquiries will be waitlisted. We are happy to give you a reference for a local colleague to get your repairs done as well!

We repair, upgrade, and restore a wide variety of fretted instruments, as well as structural and cosmetic repair and instruments outside of the fretted realm...from time to time.

The time it takes to repair an instrument varies depending on the type of repair needed.
Every inquiry goes to our waitlist first. We get you in as room frees up.
Smaller jobs or inspections get in and out much faster than larger repairs.

YES, you must make an appointment...even for an inspection. We are a two man shop, and we only take in what we can get done in a reasonable about of time.
We do offer WALK-IN INSPECTIONS on certain Saturdays when Andy, our lead repair tech, is available.
NO. After seven years of having a phone at our old shop - and receiving mostly SPAM calls - we ditched the phone line.
